Basic Purpose

To perform routine administrative functions which may include, but are not limited to drafting correspondence, organizing/maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to members. Will be trained on systems to have the ability to enter Debit Card Fraud claims on behalf of received correspondence.


  • Due to high volume business needs Must be able to work on Mondays and Fridays
  • Attention to details & basic clerical, technical or administrative experience
  • Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately with numbers
  • Ability to communicate with all available forms of communication in a professional manner (phone, e-mail)
  • Familiarity with Excel
  • Effective time management and organizational skills

  • Previous clerical, technical and/or administrative experience
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • Experience composing corporate correspondence that adheres to standardized writing style
  • Exercise sound judgment and demonstrate initiative

*In order to be considered for this position, you must be currently enrolled in college courses*
***Intern will be required to work a minimum of 35 hours per week due to business needs***

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm CST
