Basic Purpose

To provide strategic and analytical support to the Loyalty & Engagement team within Credit Card Products in the design and tracking of marketing campaigns, completion of analyses and improvement of business processes, and execution of strategic initiatives. Create and support performance studies, strategic analyses, operational reports, and marketing campaigns, all designed to optimize and drive existing cardholder behavior while providing a superior cardholder experience. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deploy and measure the performance of credit card products and initiatives.  Apply broad functional knowledge and expertise to assist in strategic decision-making based on recommendations and actionable insights to identify areas of improvement in current processes and new business opportunities. Manage projects and initiatives that focus on strategic, financial, and member service goals.


•Monitor performance of existing cardholder campaigns and initiatives and implement adjustments as needed to ensure effectiveness
•Design and build automated business intelligence and reporting dashboards to assist in tracking key metrics through software like Tableau
•Assist in regular operational reporting to assist in tracking credit cards and identify insights of value
•Provide strategic analysis and recommendations regarding technology, industry trends, and competitor performance  that help influence strategic decisions
•Utilize performance measurements and indicators to identify areas for improvement; develop process improvement plans for each performance indicator or area identified impact
•Develop program initiatives utilizing segmentation strategies based on member behaviors, business drivers, competitive environment, and past campaign results
•Ensure effective initiative management from inception through implementation
•Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis using analytical techniques, tools, models, simulation, etc.
•Serve as subject matter expert regarding product functions and how they relate to other products and services
•Collaborate with key partners in development and delivery of solutions – Lead
•Collaborate with Marketing to compile/integrate and summarize data and key performance indicators used to create campaign strategies to improve business resultsLeading
•Participates in complex interdepartmental initiatives of significant business risk & impact


•Desired – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Finance, or related field
•Advanced knowledge of banking/financial industry trends, products and services
•Experience in marketing campaign management and product specific analytics
•Significant knowledge and experience with a broad range of analytic, reporting and data visualization tools - e.g. Tableau, Cognos, JMP, and SQL
•Significant demonstrated experience leveraging data storytelling techniques and communicating key insights and recommendations  through PowerPoint presentations
•Strong research, planning, organization, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
•Strong analytical skills and ability glean business insights from large datasets
•Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
•Strong skills in collaborating across organizational boundaries and building partnerships with various functional groups
•Ability to lead and manage multiple projects
