Basic Purpose

To plan, direct and manage critical program development within Business Services, which includes nCino/SalesForce business loan and payment solutions (Treasury Management) programs, platform management, credit enhancement programs (SBA, USDA), Business Services product specific systems upgrades (ALS, MSP and Impacs) and vendor relations. Evaluate and adjust work quality, staff performance, processes and procedures to meet goals. Serve as a subject matter expert regarding business loan and payment solution program development. Manage daily activities of professional employees and/or supervisors. Support executive management in developing
and executing strategic plans.

Responsibilities:

•    Work with other business units to resolve systems issues
•    Oversee program management and administration of Business Service’s Salesforce nCino program including a governance committee for new releases
•    Manage, lead, and coordinate day-to-day program activities; monitor progress and resolve roadblocks to ensure timely and effective resolutions
•    Monitor work environment and direct allocation of resources to ensure adequate staffing to meet production and member service standards
•    Identify and resolve operational and performance gaps and obstacles; implement changes and improvements
•    Collaborate with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage applications to support additional business processes or functions
•    Review application for completeness, data integrity and accuracy; determine if additional information and/or supporting documentation is required
•    Monitor performance of legacy systems such as ALS and MSP as they relate to business loan servicing
•    Coordinate integration of solutions with existing applications; identify and resolve conflicts to ensure compatibility
•    Generate and clarify decisions, recommendations and/or solutions focused on optimizing business efficiencies via data collection and analysis
•    Serve as change management lead; apply change management principles and knowledge to develop strategies including organizational assessments, stakeholder analysis and change roadmaps and plans
•    Identify and analyze opportunities for new and/or improved processes, data, or technology; provide clear picture of possible outcomes
•    Oversee various training programs for users (e.g. change/release management processes and procedures, etc.); document and communicate updates
•    Leverage and incorporate industry best practices while maintaining alignment with NFCU goals and capabilities
•    Develop and maintain relationships with key technical/non-technical stakeholders to gain concurrence, input, execution and change management decisions
•    Oversee project management and other related issues
•    Recommend and implement improvements to operational processes and procedures
•    Manage communication with stakeholders (e.g., meeting minutes, weekly updates, program metric dashboards, executive presentations, etc.)
•    Prepare reports and make presentations to senior management

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
•    Advanced knowledge of banking/financial industry trends, products and services
•    Working knowledge of SalesForce nCino software program
•    Experience in cloud technology, implementation, and security
•    Extensive experience in supervising and leading employees
•    Expert skill guiding and training less experienced staff
•    Extensive experience leading large projects/initiatives which have business risk and impact
•    Extensive experience in program management to drive changes in a complex/matrixed environment
•    Expert skill in project management to include establishing and leading project teams; managing timelines/deadlines/resources; ensuring successful project implementation
•    Expert skill to influence, negotiate and persuade to reach agreeable exchange and positive outcomes
•    Expert skill interacting with staff, management, vendors and members diplomatically and tactfully
•    Expert skill building effective relationships through rapport, trust, diplomacy and tact
