Basic Purpose

***You must be enrolled in a college degree seeking program to be eligible for our Internships***


Navy Federal Credit Union’s IT Service Continuity Management team is seeking a student attending an accredited college or university to assist with the following duties:

Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain a shared document repository (SharePoint)
• Assist with the review and maintenance of disaster recovery plans
• Support the testing of established recovery plans
• Work under the direction of Service Continuity analysts
• Assist in the construction and delivery of presentations and Service Continuity events
• Establish relationships and lines of communication with technical and business entities throughout the organization
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Completed a minimum of two years of undergraduate education
• Reasonable computer skills in the Microsoft office suite; Project and PowerPoint are a plus.
• Ability to grasp technical concepts
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve
• Ability to work /assist with projects and special assignments
• Strong communication skills, including both speaking and writing
• Ability to work independently on multiple issues concurrently
• Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team

Hours: Monday-Friday (Flexible 20-40 hours per week)
