Basic Purpose

***Must be enrolled in a degree-seeking program throughout the duration of this year-round internship.  Please indicate your anticipated graduation timeframe on your resume.


To support colleagues in administering Navy Federal’s employee programs and events to increase employee engagement and position Navy Federal as an employer of choice.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with employee event logistics and setup; coordinate with vendors
  • Monitor employee emails and assist with questions
  • Research potential ticket events for future consideration
  • Compile data and produce summaries and reports
  • Assists with coordinating volunteers for employee events

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective research skills and ability to organize and clearly present results
  • Team player with a cooperative and energetic spirit with a willingness to learn

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. CST, flexible with minimum 30 hours a week
