Basic Purpose

Description
To organize, facilitate and coordinate IT project initiatives from inception through implementation, under the direction,
guidance and mentorship of the Project/Manager(s) or management.
 
Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Navy Federal Credit Union ISD standards and best practices
  • Perform assigned tasks/activities of respective ISD Service area
  • Provide day-to-day support for the execution of the Service
  • Respond to internal Service inquiries or requests for assistance; troubleshoot and resolve issues; escalate to higher
    level staff or management as needed
  • Use PC applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheet, database etc.) to document, maintain and report
    functions/activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications All required unless otherwise noted
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Exposure to solving routine or standard administrative, operational and/or system problems and issues
  • Familiarity with Information Technology, its impact on the organization and application to business issues
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems, terminal knowledge and IT terminology
  • Basic organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Basic skill troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
  • Basic verbal and written communication skills
  • Desired - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy
  • Desired - Familiarity with ITIL (information Technology Infrastructure Library)
  • Desired - Familiarity with Navy Federal products, services, programs, policies and procedures

 
Work Days: Mon-Fri or Sat - Wed
Work Hours: TBD but we are looking for flexibility
