Basic Purpose

To perform routine administrative functions which may include, but are not limited to drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing/maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to members. May perform additional responsibilities unique to the assigned business unit.

Responsibilities:

* Assist identifying patterns of activity indicating possible fraud or account abuse
* Assist in monitoring member account transactions to proactively identify fraudulent activity, suspicious communications, take immediate corrective/protective action, and escalate alerts/cases to the appropriate Security division for in depth investigation
* Track and monitor progress of fraud cases; inform related parties of status and actions taken on fraud accounts
* Communicate with internal and external customers on fraud and security issues, problem resolutions, and account information as defined by internal policies, process and procedure DISC
* Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis using analytical techniques, tools, models, simulation, etc.
* Collect, prepare and maintain data for analysis, reports and reference
* Involved in driving continuous process improvement to increase member experience quality; reduce losses; minimize financial risk and maintain high operational efficiency

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Experience with Excel, Power Point, Access and/or other applications used for data reporting
* Ability to exercise initiative and good judgment and make sound decisions
* Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Effective analytical and problem solving skills
* Ability to interpret and apply regulations, specifications, instructions, and procedures

Desired:

* A college student pursuing a degree in finance or business management.
